mspWellness

The mspWellness initiative is a partnership between the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, the Minneapolis Health Department and the Hennepin County Health Department. Our collective goal is to equip employers with tools to help their employees live well and cultivate a culture of health at their workplaces.

We support small to medium-sized businesses with individualized resources and technical assistance through an online wellness community. Additionally, we provide programming and opportunities for businesses of all sizes to connect and learn about new wellness initiatives and wellbeing resources.

Companies interested in impacting employee health, health care inequities and wellbeing can support the efforts of the mspWellness initiative through the following:

Events
Sponsorship of educational sessions which provide a variety of workplace wellness resources. Presenters and instructors discuss topics such as mental health in the workplace, wellness by environmental design and health equity in the workplace. Investment ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 with a variety of customizable benefits.

mspWellness Champion Designation
Sponsorship of the mspWellness Champion designation program and event which recognizes and celebrates organizations who work to positively affect the health and well-being of their employees and communities. Organizations that create, implement, and promote wellness programs as part of their organizational culture will be recognized through this program. Investment ranges from $1,000 to $5,000 with a variety of customizable benefits.

Underwriting
Underwriting of mspWellness stakeholder and partner communications via website, technology platform and newsletter advertising is also available. Investment amounts vary and are negotiable.
