Leadership Twin Cities engages a cohort of local business leaders in a 10-month program that examines critical issues facing our region with a goal of developing strong community leaders. Participants in this program engage with renowned speakers who provide unique perspectives on issues facing our communities such as health, public safety, education, the arts, economic development, transportation, equity and anti-racism, local government and sustainability. The mission of this program is to identify, cultivate and inspire successive generations of community leaders to take action and accountability for their community. LTC Program Sponsor
Program sponsors provide support for this important program and receive recognition during the entire nine month class, which runs from September to May.

LTC Day Sponsor
Member companies can support Leadership Twin Cities by sponsoring one of the nine program days. Topics include MSP, economic development, community safety, community health, government, education, arts and culture, and vision day.

LTC Kickoff Retreat, Social Hour & Bonfire
The Leadership Twin Cities annual retreat features a bonfire social. Class members close the first day of the retreat with socializing, lawn games and sharing s’mores around a blazing fire while getting to know one another.

LTC VIsion Day Celebration
The capstone of the Leadership Twin Cities experience is the Vision Day Celebration which occurs at the end of the final class day in May. Attendees include class members, their supervisors, program alumni and potential future participants.

LTC Alumni Events
LTC Alumni events provide opportunities for previous and current participants to meet and network. There are several opportunities throughout the year to support these events. Alumni events also serve as fundraising opportunities for program scholarships.
