Leadership Twin Cities
Leadership Twin Cities (LTC) is a nine-month series that informs people about the critical issues facing our community. Its focus is to inform and inspire future leaders – and challenge them to make a difference through personal commitment and involvement.
This program is invaluable for individuals seeking to learn about community issues and to discuss solutions to the problems. The program selects approximately 50 people each year from the public, private and non-profit sectors who share a commitment to improving our community.
Leadership Twin Cities also creates opportunities for participants to form relationships with classmates, making it a truly unique and lasting experience.

Leadership Twin Cities provides business leaders exposure to the economic, cultural, social and civic forces that shape our region. Each year, a class of 50+ for profit and nonprofit leaders spend one full day each month engaging in civic and community exploration and learning.
Program participants gain new perspectives on the MSP region through visits to hospitals, government agencies, performance halls and museums. Class members engage in discussions, create long-lasting relationships and make a commitment to community involvement.
