What is Leadership Twin Cities?

Leadership Twin Cities (LTC) is a nine-month professional development program that informs people about the critical issues facing our community and challenges them to make a difference. Program topics include regional cultures, racial consciousness, economic development, public safety/justice, public health, government, education, sustainability, arts, and more. The program includes experiential learning, group projects, and interactive discussions with community leaders.  Participants will also have the opportunity to form relationships with fellow business/community leaders, making it a truly unique and lasting experience.

This program is invaluable for individuals seeking to learn about community issues and to discuss solutions to the problems. Each year, approximately 50 people are selected from the public, private and non-profit sectors who share a commitment to improving our community.

Since its inception in 1976, more than 2,000 people have participated in the program.

Applications are due June 17, 2022. We will also be holding two information sessions to provide program information and allow time for questions. These sessions will take place on Tuesday May 17th and Thursday, June 2nd from 12-1 p.m. Click on the links to register for the information sessions.
