Chamber committees are a great way to take your involvement with the chamber to the next level. Opportunities and time commitments vary by committee.
Chamber Ambassadors
Through new member visits, ribbon cuttings and serving as greeters, ambassador support member attraction and retention at chamber events. Membership on this committee is open to all chamber members. Emerging Leaders
Emerging Leaders is one of the premiere groups for young professionals in the MSP region. Emerging Leadres serves as a program that is part of the chamber’s investment in the regional workforce.
The Emerging Leaders board represents a cross-section of all MSP industries including law, hospitality, finance and the nonprofit sector. These individuals are dedicated to the future of the region and guide the program content, ensuring that attendees have a valuable experience. This committee meets four times a year and is actively engaged in event programming.
Advocacy Committee
The Advocacy Committee is charged with helping organize MPLS Regional Chamber members to advance policy solutions that benefit the Greater MSP region.
This includes:
• Identifying opportunities, partnerships, and provide feedback related to policy priorities set by MPLS Regional Chamber staff
• Organizing members to advance the MPLS Regional Chamber’s policy priority areas

Minnesota Keystone Program
The Minnesota Keystone Program celebrates local companies that give back to their communities. This committee assists in the marketing and promotion of the Keystone program throughout the year and helps plan the annual Minnesota Keystone Celebration Luncheon in December. Leadership Twin Cities Steering Committee
The Leadership Twin Cities Steering Committee assists with class recruitment and selection, planning program days, and provides chamber staff with direction on alumni events. The committee meets once a month except for June (no meeting) and August (two meetings). The LTC Steering Committee is limited to alumni of the Leadership Twin Cities program. Annual Golf Classics
Committee members assist in planning the Golf Classics Tournament, held in June and July each year. The all-day events feature driving range practice, lunch, tournament, dinner, awards ceremony and more. For more information, please contact Anna Stinson: astinson@mplschamber.com.
