Spring is here! The grass is turning green, flowers are beginning to bloom, and that means the annual Celebrate Northeast Parade is just around the corner. This year’s Parade will be held on Tuesday, June 19 at 6:30 p.m. In order to continue the great tradition of the Celebrate Northeast Parade, we need the help of many, many volunteers. Being a part of the parade is a great activity for church, school and youth sport groups, as well as for families, friends and groups of employees. It’s a one-time event with a small time commitment and always great fun.
This year we are looking for a total of 150 volunteers. There are a wide variety of jobs to be done on parade day with shifts beginning at 4:30 p.m. We appreciate any amount of help or time you can lend to our efforts. You are welcome to promote your group or business by wearing logo t-shirts on parade day, otherwise the parade committee will provide colorful fun t-shirts for all the volunteers.
There is a great variety of opportunities and volunteer shifts available.
