The parade is the largest one day event in Northeast Minneapolis drawing 8,000 people to Central Avenue. We are currently seeking sponsors, entrants, vendors and volunteers.       Facade Improvement*<br>The Northeast Minneapolis Chamber through a contract with the City of Minneapolis has $42,500 in matching grant funds available as part of the Great Streets Facade Improvement program. As part of an international movement, the American Red Cross has launched the Missing Types campaign to raise awareness of the need for blood donors to ensure lifesaving blood is available for patients.


    You can help!

    1. Make an appointment to give blood or platelets by visiting RedCrossBlood.org/MissingTypes, downloading the free Blood Donor App or calling 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
    2. Bring a friend to donate with you.
    3. Encourage your friends and family to be the #MissingType by donating blood.
    4. Follow the Red Cross on social media and share messages about Missing Types with your friends and followers.
