    Critical Issues Forum

Employees are an organization's most valuable asset. Fostering well-being in the workplace can have a positive impact increasing employee productivity and job satisfaction. It can also have a direct effect on a company's bottom line through insurance cost savings and decreased employee absenteeism. Our panelists will make the case for investment in workplace wellness policies, about plan and policy implementation and the return on investment.

    • Lauren Chucko
Senior Benefits Manager | Allina Hospitals & Clinics
    • Kris Haugen, MPH
Worksite Wellness Coordinator | Minnesota Department of Health
    • Deb Krause
Vice President | Minnesota Health Action Group

The Chamber will also introduce mspWellness, a new initiative in partnership with the Minneapolis Health Department to assist businesses in creating healthier work environments by providing tools, resources and technical assistance to program participants.
